has been on Netflix since last week, which means two episodes full of Christmas magic. There are also some people in trouble, and most importantly – Charmaine (Lauren Hammersley) finally gives birth. Will the final act begin?

Virgin River Season 6 – Will There Be a Time Jump

Series showrunner Patrick Sean Smith emphasized that the time jump is planned to speed up the action a bit. He did not reveal how many months the action will take place, but he is sure that season 6 will not start immediately after the Christmas episodes.

However, we do not have to worry about the main character in the season 5B finale. Let’s recall that in the final scenes, Everett (John Allen Nelson) appeared at Mel’s (Alexandra Breckenridge) house and admitted that he was really her father and that he had lied before. In addition, he was trying to tell his daughter something important – and we can breathe a sigh of relief, because in season 6 of “Virgin River” we will find out what it is.

The time jump will allow us to show the characters from a new perspective, for example, we can see how Charmaine deals with motherhood or learn about the dynamics in the relationship between Mel and her father. Thanks to such a procedure, viewers will not have to follow Lizzie’s (Sarah Dugdale) pregnancy for 4 years, as was the case with Charmaine – and the actors and creators themselves have already begun to mock it.
