Will mistletoe be the key to Brie and Brady getting back together?

The Virgin River season 5 part 2 trailer is officially here, and there’s one couple fans can’t stop rooting

The latest installment of the hit Netflix drama is dropping on November 30,

and fans got a first taste of what’s to come this holiday season on Instagram. As viewers watched the citizens of Virgin River prepare to celebrate Christmas, a number of new storylines emerged. Between Mel Monroe (Alexandra Breckenridge) searching for her biological father, Charmaine Roberts (Lauren Hammersley) finally giving birth to her twin sons and a time-honored Christmas tree lighting competition, the show’s sneak peek gave viewers insight as to what to expect during the new episodes.

“Get ready to jingle-bell rock your way to Virgin River! ,” read the official caption on November 2. “The holiday episodes are coming down the chimney on November 30th, so grab your hot cocoa and get ready for some festive fun! .”

While fans are ecstatic to see their favorite characters back on their screens just two months after the first part of Virgin River season 5 aired in September, one scene from the trailer caused many to react in the comments. As they saw former couple Brie Sheridan (Zibby Allen) and Dan Brady (Benjamin Hollingsworth) standing underneath some mistletoe, folks immediately had a request from the show.

“Brie [and] Brady comeback??? ,” one person asked on Instagram. “Please put Brie and Brady back together,” another begged. “I’m ready!  Just one request … please for the love of God put Brie and Brady back together! ,” a different follower implored.

As fans may remember, Brie and Brady broke up at the beginning of season 5 amid Brady’s lies over what he knew about the underground drug operations happening on the job site he works on.

While Brady tried to win Brie back throughout the season, eventually both moved on with different partners. Brie found love with Mike Valenzuela (Marco Grazzini) while Brady begins to date single mother Lark (Elise Gatien).

But with the way Virgin River delivers twists no one sees coming, we’re confident there’s a chance for Brie and Brady to reunite in season 6!
