Coronation Street enthusiasts are speculating that Joel Deering might have a secret sibling,
and it’s someone we already know from the cobbles. The villainous lawyer,
played by Callum Lill, first appeared last year, but his true nature only came to light recently
when he was revealed as the person responsible for Lauren Bolton’s disappearance, portrayed by Cait Fitton.
Despite being thought dead, Lauren made a surprising return to the street this month, leaving Joel in shock. She then dropped another bombshell – she was carrying his child.
Since then, Joel has been trying to keep her quiet by offering her a place to live in his old flat. He also pledged to fund her move to Ireland to start afresh, with Joel announcing she would be departing on 12 August and that he had three weeks to get everything in order, reportsĀ the Express.

Now, spectators are suggesting that Joel and Rowan could be working together, or even be brothers in what would be a massive DNA twist.
