Coronation Street fans have pointed out an apparent ‘missing’ scene amid Tyrone

and Alina’s latest storyline. Alina made her return to Weatherfield earlier

this month, leaving Tyrone conflicted when he found out she had a baby.

Alina has told Tyrone that he is the father of baby Dorin, but fans have been suspicious about that – and are convinced someone else could be the dad of Dorin, who was believed to be conceived before Alina left back to Romania.

Tyrone had no idea that Dorin existed – or that Alina was even pregnant – but fans have been left puzzled by the recent scenes and took to Reddit to share their thoughts about what really happened in the run up to Alina’s first departure.

Alina was believed to have had a miscarriage after Hope set fire to the flat, but some viewers have been left puzzled as they felt there was no reference to Alina being pregnant again or the miscarriage in the most recent scenes.

Sharing their thoughts online, one fan wrote: “When did she get pregnant again? Last time we saw Alina she was telling Tyrone she lost the baby and it was definite. They didn’t sleep together since. So she must have been lying about her miscarriage?

“And if so, why hasn’t Tyrone a. Questioned her lying and b. Told hope she didn’t cause a miscarriage after all. Could Tyrone end up not being the father after they’ve all bonded with him? Wouldn’t be surprised if this was the case.”

A second added: “Could it be possible that she didn’t miscarry at all. Maybe she just told Tyrone this before she left Weatherfield,” with another replying: “Perhaps. I’m just wondering if that’s the case why Tyrone never questioned her about it.”

Alan Halsall – who plays Tyrone – recently teased there will be ongoing drama for the mechanic now Alina and her baby are back.

Speaking about the storyline, he said: “I feel like everyone knew apart from Tyrone when she left, but I always knew she’d probably be coming back. Tyrone at first wants to bury his head and forget it ever happened but the reality of the situation is there’s a child involved. Tyrone realises the seriousness of the situation and he has to bite the bullet on this one and get involved. He will want to be involved in some way and do the right thing by his child but as I say he has great intentions, but it doesn’t always work out.”
