In an intense upcoming storyline on *Home and Away*, beloved character
Alf Stewart faces a serious medical crisis. Alf, no stranger to heart-related issues,
has endured heart attacks in the past, including one in 2016 and another in 2018
when a sinkhole trapped him and his daughter, Roo. This time, Alf’s health takes another hit as he suffers a massive heart attack while outside the Surf Club.
The promo teases emotional moments as Alf shares heartfelt exchanges with loved ones like Leah and Roo. He remains active, working alongside John at the Surf Club, but soon begins to show signs of distress. John offers to help, noticing Alf struggling to catch his breath, but Alf dismisses the concerns, insisting he’s fine. However, while standing by the Surf Club, Alf suddenly grabs his chest and collapses to the ground, leaving Perry, Dana, and Harper to rush to his aid.
Alf is quickly taken to Northern Districts Hospital, where Bri is faced with the responsibility of saving him.
