As such, thereâll be a few surprises in store, including John (Shane Withington) being enlisted as the celebrant to officiate the joyous union. Leah and Justinâs nuptials will also see the return of some familiar faces. As Justin has kept the wedding plans a secret, Leah has no idea whatâs in store. Sheâs disappointed when she learns that some of her close family members wonât be able to make it, so enlists Alf (Ray Meagher) to walk her down the aisle.
However, on the big day itself, sheâs surprised when Alf tells her that he canât walk her down the aisle after all because her son VJ arrives and heâs going to do it. All eyes are on the breathtaking bride as VJ walks her down the aisle, with Justin bowled over by the sight of his bride-to-be walking towards him. The newlyweds mark married life with a kiss but will it be a happily ever after for the couple?

Also, Tane (Ethan Browne) makes the national headlines, with the police appealing for any information on the âsuspectâ involved in this kidnapping of baby Maia, who abandoned in the sand dunes of Summer Bay a number of weeks ago. Everyone watches with horror as the nightmare plays out publicly. Tane, at his cousinâs house with the baby, sees his own face on the news. Panicking, he calls Mali and asks him to bring his passport.
He arrives with Harper in tow, which Tane isnât happy about, and then reveals that he didnât bring his passport because fleeing the country is ridiculous, and that Tane should just come home. He doesnât have a plan, and he canât hide with Poppy (Maia) forever.
