Cash continues to pretend that he’s unbothered by Rory’s presence in the house,

but whenever they’re face to face, the tension in the room is thick. He enlists Eden

to help distract Felicity from Rory while things get dicey in Mangrove River,

but Felicity has her heart set on an afternoon with her man. Eden begs and Felicity caves.

At work, Cash is informed that traces of Franklin’s blood have been found in Dingo’s car boot. It seems that the police finally have the evidence they need. Cash briefs the search party and the hunt for Dingo begins.

At the beach, Eden confronts Felicity about the intensity of her relationship with Rory. Later on, Felicity tries to push Eden away so she can enjoy alone time with Rory. Eden pushes back, which leads Felicity to realise that Cash put her up to this.

Mali finally gives in to curiosity and breaks open the locked bag Dingo left him with. Inside is a bloodied, towel-wrapped crowbar and a police badge belonging to Franklin. Mali’s sickened by this finding. He calls Rory and tells him he won’t have anything to do with it. Rory is enraged at Dingo for not getting rid of the bag properly, and hits him hard.

Cash and Rose meet eyes as they get into their cars and begin the search. This is not a simple situation. She’s concerned that he’s too close to this case.

Mali heads to Mangrove River, also in search of Dingo, so that he can return the bag of ‘souvenirs’. As soon as he gets there, the police arrive with a search warrant. Dingo meets Cash’s eye and attempts to make a run for it, but doesn’t get far. The gang is surrounded.

Rose is surprised to see Mali, questioning what he’s doing with the River Boys. After a chase, Cash and Rose finally arrest Dingo for murder.

Meanwhile, Mackenzie attempts to reassure Levi as he continues to drown in his guilt. She’s a firm believer that they deserve to be happy, despite the circumstances that brought them together. But Levi is haunted by thoughts of what he did and the hurt he caused.

After being away for two weeks, Mackenzie is disappointed that this is the welcome home she’s received from Levi. Later, Levi pays Mackenzie a visit while she’s at work, apologising for their argument. She reminds him that he just needs time to heal.
