Corrie fans believe they’ve figured out when Lauren Bolton will reappear on the show.

Lauren, played by Cait Fitton, disappeared in February. The search for her quickly turned

into a murder investigation. Several Weatherfield residents, including Daniel Osbourne

(Rob Mallard) and Roy Cropper (David Neilson), were under suspicion, with Roy even being imprisoned for the alleged crime.

However, it was revealed that corrupt cop Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) planted Lauren’s DNA in Nathan Curtis’s (Christopher Harper) car to frame him. The real culprit was lawyer Joel Deering (Calum Lill). Grim flashbacks showed Joel knocking Lauren unconscious, according to the Express.

Joel has since been living his life normally and is romantically involved with his fiancée Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown).

Roy Cropper is now out of prison but faces new challenges. Next week, he is harassed by a gang and ends up in the hospital. The Corrie fandom is buzzing with theories that Lauren is not dead and is Roy’s mysterious visitor in the hospital.

Fans on social media are convinced of Lauren’s return.
