Next week on *Home and Away*, Dr. Bree Cameron faces serious backlash
after a work crisis spirals out of control. Following Felicity’s tragic death,
Bree is still grappling with emotional turmoil, which leads to a shocking incident
at the hospital. When Alf Stewart is rushed in with a heart issue, Bree freezes in the middle of his emergency treatment and walks out, leaving him in a critical state. This decision sends shockwaves through Summer Bay, as Alf’s friends and colleagues demand answers.
In the new trailer, Alf’s close friend Marilyn expresses her outrage, accusing Bree of nearly killing Alf. When Bree tries to apologize, Marilyn snaps, saying, “Stop saying sorry. That man nearly died because of you.” Tensions continue to rise when Bree’s hospital colleague, Dana, warns her that the truth will come out. Bree is seen defending herself in front of a medical review panel, where she tries to shift the blame onto Dr. Levi Fer, saying, “As medical professionals, we make life and death choices every day. Dr. Fer, you shouldn’t have been anywhere near that patient.”
As the trailer’s voiceover ominously hints, Bree will do anything to save her career, but this puts her at odds with her boyfriend, Remy. He’s clearly upset by her decision to throw Levi under the bus and confronts her, saying, “The Bree I know wouldn’t sell out a colleague just to save herself. How are things going to change if you don’t take responsibility for what’s happened?” Bree’s response is harsh, suggesting their relationship is on the line, “If I’m such a problem, maybe we shouldn’t be together.”
Now, Bree faces the challenge of redeeming herself in the eyes of Summer Bay’s residents while trying to save her career and relationship. Will she be able to make things right?
