Isla Fisher has put her Woollahra apartment up for sale almost 30 years after

she purchased it in 1995 while starring on the soap Home and Away.

The Hollywood star, 48, listed the luxury Sydney property for $1million as

she seeks to net a $828,500 profit on the unit she originally paid $171,500 for.

Located on the edge of picturesque Centennial Park, the two-bedroom one-bathroom home was listed on September 13, according to Domain.

JK Agency will lead the first inspection on Thursday with the auction set to take place on Saturday, September 28.

Isla managed to keep the home in a small win during her split from husband Sacha Baron Cohen.

The former Home and Away star was just 19 when she first bought the 1930s Woollahra flat, with the unit being renovated years later in 2020.

It was rented out at $650-a-week in 2018, with that figure dropping to $400 a week during the Covid pandemic.

Current rent prices for similar homes are around $765-a-week and the median sale price in the area is in the range of $1.31million.

Isla and Sacha, 52, who jointly filed to end their marriage in 2023, share two daughters and one son who they often keep out of the public eye.

The couple first met back in 2001 and tied the knot in 2010, with the end of their marriage coming just a few years after relocating their family to Australia.

They had moved from Los Angeles to Sydney in 2020, then to Perth – where Isla’s family live – in September 2021, to escape Sydney’s strict Covid lockdown rules.

At the time, they said the switch to Western Australia would be permanent.

However, their move from the US to Australia was said to be ‘difficult’ for Sacha because he was settled in Hollywood with a shorter flight to London from there.

The exes announced in April they had quietly separated last year.

‘After a long tennis match lasting over 20 years, we are finally putting our racquets down,’ Isla captioned a photo of them wearing tennis gear.

‘In 2023 we jointly filed to end our marriage. We have always prioritised our privacy and have been quietly working through this change.
