Wedding bells are ringing in Virgin River! On October 17, just two months ahead of the highly
anticipated December 19 release, Netflix unveiled the first official teaser for Season 6.
While the one-minute clip features some blink-and-you’ll-miss-it footage, it offers a glimpse
into the culmination of the show’s greatest love story.
The teaser opens with narration from Jack’s proposal, recapping Mel and Jack’s sweeping romance from their meet-cute in Season 1 to their current wedding preparations. Their journey has been a winding road, marked by tragedy, love, and the support of their community—filled with fires, revelations about birth fathers, and paternity surprises.
At the 44-second mark, be ready to pause as the teaser showcases brief clips from the upcoming season: Mel and Jack dancing in an empty barn, moments from Mel’s wedding dress fitting with her friends, the bachelorette party, Jack riding a horse, and a sneak peek at “The Dress.”
Earlier this month, Netflix confirmed the Season 6 release date, which had been in doubt due to potential delays from the strikes. Thankfully, Virgin River will return with 10 all-new episodes on Thursday, December 19.
