Virgin River wouldn’t be the same without handsome Martin Henderson who still looks just

as good as he did two decades ago. Virgin River star Martin Henderson seems

to barely aged at all as old pictures of the actor have emerged. The hit romantic drama returned

to Netflix last month with Henderson and Alexandra Breckenridge once again reprising their roles as Jack Sheridan and Mel Monroe for season five.

The beloved couple have only been together a short time in the show, despite it starting back in 2019, and have been through a lot already.

With Mel pregnant with Jack’s baby, the couple are preparing to embark on the next stage of their relationship with some distractions also thrown in to keep them on their toes.

Henderson will be celebrating the last of his 40s with the actor marking his 49th birthday today, October 8.

And as fans have been enjoying the latest episodes, old photographs have emerged of Henderson from 20 years ago with the actor looking just as good then as he does now.

Pictures have come to light of the 48-year-old back in 2003 when he was attending the Spanish premiere of horror movie The Ring at Hotel Ritz in Madrid.

Wearing a long, dark coat with a fur collar, brown jumper and jeans, Henderson is still rocking the slicked back, long-haired look that his fans love.

He does have stubble which is a little different compared to the clean-shaven Virgin River star now but nevertheless, it appears he has hardly aged a day since.

There is another image taken that same year at a pre-Oscar dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel in California where the suited and booted actor’s piercing green eyes take centre stage.

When Virgin River returned for season five last month, Jack had a lot on his plate with Mel’s pregnancy as well as Charmaine’s (Lauren Hammersley).

His ex-girlfriend had told the couple that he was the father of her unborn twins so Jack has tried to be there for both women.

However, it was in the grand finale of season five that Charmaine revealed he wasn’t actually the father.

Unfortunately, it may be a while before subscribers can find out the truth.

Even though Virgin River has been renewed for a sixth season, the ongoing strikes in Hollywood mean production has been postponed.

So the new episodes may not be dropped until later next year.
